Kofax Power PDF Licensing & Deployment Options
Comprehensive guide to perpetual software ownership, device activations, hardware transfers, and enterprise volume licensing.
Perpetual Software Licensing Explained
Every license purchased through Kofax Power is a perpetual software license. You pay once and own that specific version for life. There are no ongoing subscription obligations, monthly invoices, or forced software shutdowns.
Workstation Migration & License Transfer
If you upgrade or replace your computer, deactivating your license via Help > Deactivate frees up your activation token so you can install and reactivate on your new machine with your original serial key.
